Welcome

 A deposit of 50% is due upon rental agreement signing.  A payment of 25% is due 30 days prior to event.  Remaining balance will be due prior or at time of picking up the equipment.  

  A valid drivers license and credit card are required for all deposits and reservation is not considered placed until payment is made.

  All equipment will accounted for and inspected by our staff upon return.  Noted damages and/or inoperable will You will range from cost of repair up to depreciated price +40% the unit is unavailable for rental.

  Customer will receive a full refund of all paid balances if cancelled 10 days prior to event.  Full in store credit will be extended if cancelled 5 days prior to event.

  Client agrees to release Tones Of Gruene of any and all liability for damages and/or injury due to delivery, installation, usage and removal of equipment.
